This is the one project of SpaceX Company. Starship is the huge and next-generation vehicle that SpaceX is building to take people and materials to distant destinations such as the moon and mars, launch satellites to orbit, and perform all of the company’s space travel.
Starship is 50 meters tall and gross mass is 1320000 kg that needs help from a super-heavy rocket to get off the earth. Both elements of this spaceflight system will be fully reusable. Which hasn’t to fly yet. It’s still in prototype form.
SpaceX is going to final starship design with a series of prototypes. Three of them have already been deployed for brief tests. As an example, SN5 and SN6 flew about 150 m high in August and September in 2020. Those two prototypes had just one raptor engine. But SN8 isn’t like that. It has a nose cone, three raptor engines in addition to SN8 sports body flaps for increased stability in flight. But a full-fledged starship will be powered by six raptor engines and 30 super heavy engines
SpaceX aims to get the mature starship model up and running soon. According to the Artemis program of NASA, they are getting ready to land astronauts on the moon by starship. They want the first of these crewed touchdowns to take place in 2024.
SN5 & SN6 (serial no 5&6)
After a successful static fire test on 30 July 2020 SN5 completed a 150-meter flight on 4 August 2020. SN6 completed a static fire on 24 August 2020 After the success of SN5. SN6 performed a 150-meter hop on 3rd September.it has only a single rocket engine.so it will not conduct an orbital flight.
SN7 (serial no 7)
Its testing was failed. SN7 will provide vital data into how much pressure the tankage can withstand before failing
Starship SN8 (serial no 8)
This is the first 100% reusable rocket designed from the beginning. It will be able to achieve orbit and return. SN8 will ascend to 15 kilometers by utilizing its three raptor engine. Its height is 122 meters and the diameter is 9 meters. Its weight is 5,000,000 kg. SN8 has two stages. It is super heavy and starship. SN8 was manufactured by SpaceX. The United States is its origin country.
